PROGRAMME

1st DAY/FRIDAY Arrival at BIRTA village - optional: by train to Resita Sud or by plane to Timisoara, then by bus or by car: Resita- Cuptoare - Valiug -Prislop Pass - Semenic. Transfer Timisoara - Resita- Semenic can be done, on request, by the BIRTA GROUP cars. Visit of the BIRTA Village Dinner, sauna Rest
	2nd DAY/SATURDAY -Sauna and breakfast -Trip from BIRTA Village to the peak „Nedeia". If the atmosphere is clear you can sea the Danube. On coming back you may take a bath in the icy water of „The Eagles' Lake". -Lunch in the BIRTA Village restaurant -Make your first attempts to paint, guided by an experienced artisan -Dinner, sauna
3rd DAY / SUNDAY -Sauna and breakfast -Trip to Garâna - the path leads you the Semenic Peak, near to one of the Timis River springs, through the dense fir forest. On your trip you can visit the open exhibition of famous sculptors, coming from 12 countries and present each year in the creation camp in Garâna. -Lunch at Garâna -Transfer to Mount Semenic -Sauna, dinner
	4th DAY / MONDAY -Sauna and breakfast -Trip to Valiug: descend near to Gozna Peak, arrive at „Crivaia" and „Vila Klaus". Visit the trout farm and fish your future lunch. -Lunch at camp fire. -Transfer back to Mount Semenic -You practise wood carving. -Dinner, sauna
5th DAY /TUESDAY -Sauna and breakfast -You improve your style as painter or sculptor. -Lunch at the BIRTA Village restaurant -Discover the surroundings. Find new inspiration for your artistic activity. Use nature as inspiration source. -Traditional lunch at the shepherd's house. -Visit the small wooden church. -Dinner, sauna
	6th DAY /WESNEDAY -Sauna and breakfast -Walk through the forest, by the Semenic creek to the „Trei Ape" Lake, surrounding the whole lake -Dinner at the „Trei Ape" restaurant -Visit the COMARNIC cave, rich in stalactites and stalagmites - adventure trip by jeeps -Transfer back to Mount Semenic -Make your own holiday souvenir -Dinner at camp fire
7th DAY /THURSDAY -Sauna and breakfast -Trip to Ocna de Fier where you visit the Museum of Aesthetic Mineralogy and see unique samples of quartz , there being the possibility of buying some samples -Introduction to the world of quartz energy - demonstration of energy transfer -Lunch in Resita -Shopping -Transfer back to Mount Semenic -Festive dinner
8th DAY /FRIDAY -Sauna and breakfast -Transfer from Mount Semenic to Resita; on request also Resita-Timisoara -Return home

General information Access:               - by train to Resita, then transfer to Mount Semenic;               - by plane to Timisoara, then transfer to Mount Semenic; Daily trips:               - 5-7 hours, free of charge participation to the trips; Participants:               - groups of maximum 20 persons Conditions: - Tourists from abroad who needing visa for Romania are kindly asked to contact BIRTA GROUP agencies in Romania for further information. Equipment:               - For the trips please use suitable clothes and, above all, comfortable and resistant boots. You do not need special equipment; Climte:               - In winter between -5° C and -20° C; continuous gentle breath of wind; compact snow layer from November until April (6 - 5 months / year); during summer between +10 to -25° C; generally pleasant climate, tolerable for children; Kitchen:               - If you are not on a trip, you may enjoy your meals at the BIRTA Village restaurant. You may select from international specialities and traditional Romanian food.

Accommodation: - BIRTA Village consists of 8 villas (48 places), bar and restaurant. Each villa has, on the floor, too bedrooms with waterbeds and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is an apartment consisting of a bedroom and a livingroom with extesible couch. The apartment and the upstairs bedrooms have separate entrance. Each room has colour TV and phone connected an international network. The BIRTA Village on Mount Semenic may be considered the most modern turistic point in Romania.
